Watched the first season of 'Severance' in one sitting, then tried to rewatch it a month later

The first time, the mystery had me hooked, but on the rewatch I noticed all the subtle office politics and background details I missed. It went from a cool sci-fi puzzle to a deep character study about work-life balance. Anyone else find a show that totally changes on a second viewing?
