Can we talk about how adding those little hawk silhouette decals to my patio door basically did nothing until I spaced them out every 6 inches?
Honestly, after a whole summer of hearing that awful 'thump' at least twice a week, I moved the decals closer together last Tuesday and haven't had a single strike since, so has anyone else found that spacing is the real key?

Spacing in that last project I worked on made the difference between a good layout and a complete mess. When you say it's the real trick, @wesleyburns, are you talking about visual balance or how users actually move through the space? I get stuck on whether to follow strict grid math or just eyeball it until it feels right, and both methods have let me down before.
