My pen bled through a whole month of spreads while I was on the train to Boston

I was finishing my weekly log with a new brush pen, and it soaked right through three pages when we hit a bump. I had to tape the ruined pages together and redraw the next two weeks on the spot. What's the best paper weight you've found that really stops bleed-through?

Oh man, that "soaked right through three pages" pain is real. My buddy Dave had a fountain pen explode in his bag last year. It wasn't just bleed-through, it was a full-on ink flood that made his whole monthly tracker look like a Rorschach test. He switched to some notebook with 120 gsm paper after that and says even his wettest inks just sit on top now. He won't shut up about it.

Dave's monthly tracker turned into a Rorschach test? That's a new level of bad. I've seen some ink spills, but ruining a whole month's planning is brutal. He must have been carrying a whole ink cartridge's worth in that pen. At least now he gets to be that guy who won't stop talking about paper weight.
