PSA: Our warehouse went from chaos to organized in one week with a new label system
Last month at our warehouse in Atlanta, we had boxes piled everywhere and could never find anything fast. I spent $150 on a color-coded label system and mapped out all the aisles last week. Has anyone else tried a simple label change to fix a messy workspace?
