TIL a squirrel chewed through a main line in a Dayton attic and I had to splice it with my last connector in the dark.
What's the weirdest animal damage you've had to fix on a job?

Honestly, most animal damage stories are overblown. People blame critters for shoddy work or old materials failing. That "chewed" line was probably already brittle and cracked from heat. Seen it a hundred times.

Maybe it's just me but I've seen fresh chew marks on new lines, not just old ones.
