Rant: That one Tuesday where I had 4 interviews and got ghosted on all of them

Last month I lined up 4 interviews in one day (yeah, stupid idea) thinking I'd be efficient or whatever. First one was a group Zoom with 7 people where the manager spent 20 minutes talking about his dog. Second one was a technical test that had nothing to do with the job description. By the third call I was so drained I almost hung up on the recruiter by accident. None of them even sent a rejection email - just silence for 3 weeks straight. Has anyone else had a day that made you want to quit job hunting forever?

oh come on @juliawalker i think youre overreacting a little. yeah it sucks but 4 interviews in one day was a bad call from the start that was never gonna end well. just move on to the next round its not that deep.

Is it just me or do those group Zooms feel like a weird audition for a reality show where nobody told you the rules...? I had something similar happen and it honestly made me wonder if hiring managers are even looking at resumes anymore or just playing a numbers game with our time.
