Mentioned my ghost kitchen at a party and got roasted real quick

Last month my neighbor asked what I do all day and I said I run a delivery-only taco spot from home. He laughed and asked if I just microwave stuff and call it fresh. That stung because I actually batch cook my carnitas every morning at 6 AM. Anyone else get hit with the 'not a real restaurant' comment and have a good comeback?

Batch cooking at 6am is more legit than half these sit-down places.
