Switching from paper menus to QR codes split my customer base in half
Last month in Austin I swapped all my delivery inserts to QR codes to save on printing costs, and my older regulars started leaving 1-star reviews saying they couldn't figure it out. But my younger customers actually commented that they loved the easy link to reorder. Is the savings worth alienating a whole group, or should I just go back to paper for everyone? Curious how others handle menu format changes with mixed age ranges.
