Hit 500 diagnostics in a row without a single boot failure yesterday

I've been building and repairing desktops out of my garage for about 3 years now, and I finally hit 500 straight POSTs without a single dead board or bad PSU right out of the gate. It felt weirdly good because I used to hit a dud every 20 or 30 units. Has anyone else tracked their bench success rate and noticed a pattern over time?

You clean your PSUs with compressed air regularly? That fixed my dud rate.
