I thought a full reinstall was the only fix for a weird Windows 10 boot loop. A simple command line tool proved me wrong.

Man, that reminds me of the time I spent hours trying to fix my router. Turns out the power cable was just loose in the back... I felt so dumb for not checking the simple stuff first. Always start with the easy fixes.
