A chat with my uncle in Phoenix about the moon landing changed my whole view on 'proof'
We were at a family cookout last summer and he flat out said, 'They didn't have the tech to broadcast that live in '69, it's simple.' He wasn't yelling, just real calm, and pointed at the flag in the video. That stuck with me because he's a smart guy, an engineer. It made me realize how much we just trust what we're shown without asking how it got to us. Anyone else have a normal conversation that flipped a common belief for them?

Wait, the flag thing is the part that got him?

Apparently the flagpole was the final straw in a long line of straws.

Honestly I get why miller.jason is surprised, that flag was just the loudest symptom.
