A client in Denver said my project updates were too long and it clicked

They told me straight up, 'Just give me the three things I need to know and the next step, not a book.' I was sending these huge emails with every little detail. Now I do a quick bullet list with the main issues, the budget check, and the next action date. It saves me at least an hour a week. Anyone else switch to a shorter update format and have clients like it more?

Ugh, mine would miss the whole point. How do you even fit everything on one slide?
