The homeowner who wanted me to pressure wash his gravel driveway
Guy in Kelowna last summer insisted I spray down his gravel driveway until the stones were 'clean enough to eat off of,' then got mad when they all washed into the street and asked why I didn't warn him first.

Wait did he not think that through at all? Gravel is basically just loose rocks sitting on top of dirt. High pressure water is gonna push them right off. What did he expect would happen exactly? Did he have like a super thick layer of mud holding them in place or something? Genuinely trying to picture the logic here.

Read some article that said high pressure washing can actually damage certain kinds of gravel, makes it break apart and turn to mud over time. Guess that guy's stones are getting an unexpected trip to the sewer.
