My blow dryer died mid-client in the middle of a balayage touch up
Tbh I was doing a touch up on a regular at my chair in Portland when my trusty dryer just stopped mid-section, smoke and all. The hair was half processed and the client was not thrilled, so I had to run to the salon down the street and borrow one for 20 minutes. Anyone else had a tool fail at the worst possible time, and how did you keep the client calm?

My dryer died on me once too, but at least yours smoked dramatically.
