Vent: I used to think a 10 minute consultation was enough before a color service.

After a client in Denver left crying over a botched red, I now book a full 30 minutes. How do you guys structure your color consults?

Ten minutes is plenty if you know your stuff.

Tell that to my high school history teacher who gave hour long lectures. Ten minutes would have been a welcome change, but I doubt it would have covered the causes of the French Revolution. Some topics just need more time.
