Finally gave in and tried zip ties for my cable mess. Oh man.

I was always a twist tie guy for my console wires. I figured zip ties were overkill and a pain if you needed to swap stuff. Then last week I grabbed a bag of 100 for like 5 bucks at the hardware store near my place. My shelf of retro controllers went from a spaghetti disaster to looking almost clean. Has anyone else had a cheap fix they ignored for way too long?

Did you go with the reusable kind or the single use ones? I only ask cause I grabbed some colored reusable ones for my controller collection and theyve been super handy when I swap stuff out for different game nights. The little release tab on them makes tinkering way less annoying.

Ngl I used to think the reusable ones were kinda overhyped but that release tab sounds like a game changer. I was always annoyed fumbling with the single use ones when switching between games so I might have to grab a set now. Thanks for the tip!
