My art display disaster at the Austin Mini Maker Faire

I set up my tablet and monitor at a vendor table last weekend, thinking I'd just show my digital paintings on a loop. But some kid ran into my table and knocked the whole thing over, screen cracked in 3 places. Now I only use a cheap backup tablet for shows and keep my good one at home. Has anyone else had their gear wrecked at a public event?

Went through two phones last year thanks to a crowd surge at a county fair.
