My laptop charger died in the middle of a deadline in Chiang Mai
It was a cheap replacement I bought at a market here last week, and it just stopped working. Had to run around for two hours trying to find a proper one before I could finish my work. Anyone know a reliable electronics shop in the Old City?

Ugh, that's the worst timing. Those market chargers are such a gamble. Hope you found a good one.

My luck with those things is a total joke. Bought one that worked for a week before it started smelling like burnt plastic. At this point, I just expect them to die right after the warranty ends. It's basically a rite of passage.
