I rolled my eyes at air fryers for two years and now I use mine every single day
My sister bought me one for Christmas and I just let it sit in the box until last month when I finally tried crispy chicken thighs in 12 minutes. The thing actually works better than my oven and now I'm mad I wasted all that time being stubborn about it - has anyone else been forced to eat their words by a kitchen gadget?

My sister gave me the same thing and I left it in the box for eight months. I finally broke down and cooked frozen chicken tenders and they came out crispy without any oil. Now I use it for everything from reheating pizza to making roasted vegetables in half the time. I even tried making bacon in it and it turned out perfect without the mess. Oven still has its place for big stuff but for small meals the air fryer is way faster. I am honestly embarrassed about how much I resisted something so simple and useful.

Wait until you try leftover french fries in it, they come back to life like magic. Just be careful not to overcrowd the basket or nothing gets crispy, that's the one mistake everyone makes. Have you tried cooking anything fresh like veggies or chicken breasts yet or are you still on the frozen stuff only?
