Just realized my 'emergency' $60 jump pack has been dead in my trunk for 4 months
Checked it after my battery died at a gas station in Tulsa, it wouldn't even light up, has anyone else found their roadside gear totally useless when they actually need it?
Did you check the little button on the side first? My first jump pack died cause I forgot it had an on switch, the lights were off but it still had plenty of charge.
Man, isn't that always the way though? We buy all this fancy gear and the simplest little thing is what gets us every time. It's like how people panic when their car won't start, but it's just because they left the interior light on all night. We just expect things to work without actually reading the manual or checking the basics first. Maybe that's just the world we live in now, everything is supposed to be so smart that we forget to do the dumb simple stuff, right? Bet it fired right up after you figured that out though.
