Just realized I hit 500 service calls without a callback - that surprised me

Ran the numbers on my van log last night after my 50th house on this new subdivision tract, and it's wild how starting with a torque screwdriver for every lug and panel screw cut my loose connection rate to zero.

Heard a foreman on a podcast talking about this exact thing, how it's the little details that kill your callback rate. 500 without a callback is wild. I remember reading a study that said something like 80% of callbacks come from loose connections, so taking the extra minute with a torque driver probably saved you way more time in the long run. Makes you wonder why more guys don't do it.

@iris394 nailed it, that study about loose connections is why I started pre-torquing everything after I got burned on a callback from a rattling panel screw. 500 calls without a repeat is no accident, it's just respecting the little things that make your work stick.
