Question about using steamers for extractions

I used to steam every client for a full 10 minutes before extractions, but after a workshop in Austin last fall, I skip it entirely for rosacea cases. Has anyone else found steaming can sometimes make inflammation worse?

Have you seen that with sensitive skin too?

Yeah @abby_palmer, it feels like everything is labeled for sensitive skin now. The tricky part is finding what actually works without causing a reaction. It's more about trial and error than trusting the package.
