Just hit 50 sketches for a single jacket design and it felt crazy

I was working on this utility jacket idea, something between workwear and street style. I kept thinking I had it after maybe 20 tries, but something felt off. The pocket placement, the seam lines, the way the collar would sit. I just kept going, filling up a whole new sketchbook. When I finally counted them all up, it was 50 separate drawings. That number hit me hard. It wasn't about being perfect, it was about not stopping at the first idea that looked okay. The 48th sketch had this angled chest pocket that finally made the whole thing click. It made me realize how much we settle for the first decent design instead of pushing through. How many revisions do you guys usually do before you feel like a piece is really done?

Man that's so real. Had a logo once where the 30th version was the one that finally worked. Just gotta keep going past the easy answers.

Remember what finally clicked for me, @rayc38, was putting it away for a day to see it fresh.
