Just wasted $80 on a wholesale order of 'premium' roses that wilted in two days

I got a shipment from a new supplier last Tuesday. The stems felt a bit soft when they arrived, but I figured they'd perk up after a drink. Nope. By Thursday morning they were completely done for. I had to refund a big wedding order and scramble to replace them. The supplier says it was a 'transit issue' and won't cover it. Has anyone else had a bad batch from a place called 'BloomFast Direct'? I need a reliable rose source now.

I used to think their support was a total joke, like waiting on hold forever just to get a canned response. But I had this issue last month with a broken part, and they actually sent a replacement overnight, no charge. I mean, maybe I got lucky, but it completely changed my view. Idk, maybe they're finally listening to people.
