My downtown area is all about the super short, cropped bob right now. Honestly I see maybe one curtain bang set for every ten of those sharp bobs. Feels like that specific trend peaked here last winter.

Oh man, that reminds me of my friend who got curtain bangs on a whim last fall! Her hair is super thick and wavy, so they just puffed out into this triangular shape no matter what she did. She spent a small fortune on smoothing products before finally growing them out.

Ugh, the triangle puff is the worst! It's like your hair is trying to frame your face but just ends up staging a hostile takeover. I feel like every stylist should be forced to show a warning video of that exact situation before they pick up the scissors. Your poor friend basically funded a whole salon's product line trying to fix it.
