Am I the only one who thought the quiet mountain town in Switzerland was overrated?
In my experience, folks keep calling this place a perfect hidden escape. Your mileage may vary, but I felt it was just a tourist trap with high prices. Can we chat about spots that lose their charm when too many people go?

Try checking out the smaller towns a train stop or two down the line. I found the same crowds and prices at the main spot, but the next village over was completely quiet and way cheaper.

Totally agree, did that last year and @abbyr96 would love the quiet spots we found.
