Maybe it's just me but I began ending my workday with a closing ritual
I mean, I used to just shut my laptop and immediately switch to personal stuff, which left me feeling kinda scattered. So now, I spend 10 minutes reviewing what I did and planning for tomorrow, and idk, it really helps my brain switch off. My sleep has improved because I'm not ruminating on unfinished tasks, and I start the next day with clear priorities. Maybe it's a small thing, but it made a huge difference in separating work from home life when your office is your living room.
