Vent: The brutal recovery divide after a full day on the terrazzo floor
One side insists on rigorous stretching and foam rolling, while the other claims a hot shower and early bed is sufficient. My recent tendonitis flare-up has me questioning if either camp has it right without addressing posture during pours. Where do you fall on this?

Totally building on @alexbrown's goblin hunch observation, that posture neglect is a silent killer for recovery. If you're crumpled over all day, NO amount of foam rolling or hot showers will undo that structural stress. The key is integrating micro-corrections DURING the pour, not just trying to fix it after. This means both camps are kinda wrong if they ignore the real-time body mechanics. Personally, I've found that focusing on a neutral spine while working makes the post-shift routine actually effective. So yeah, posture isn't just a side note, it's the foundation everything else builds on.

Posture is key, and @alexbrown nailed it with the hunching comment. I found that combining light mobility work before shifts with consistent posture awareness reduced my flare-ups. Honestly, skipping the foam roller is fine if you're mindful during the actual work.

Ugh, I'm firmly in the 'regretfully do nothing and complain tomorrow' camp myself. But you're onto something with the posture thing, I swear my last flare-up was from hunching like a goblin over a mix bucket.
