On a library job last month, the spec called for 96 hours of cure time for the epoxy binder. I got pressured to start grinding after 72 hours to meet the move in date. The epoxy was still tacky, so it loaded up the diamonds and left a hazy, uneven finish. We had to wait another full day, then grind the entire area again from scratch.
One side insists on rigorous stretching and foam rolling, while the other claims a hot shower and early bed is sufficient. My recent tendonitis flare-up has me questioning if either camp has it right without addressing posture during pours. Where do you fall on this?
