Just finished a small bench and discovered it's perfectly sized for all the neighborhood cats

Yeah, but free garden cats aren't all fun. They dig up my seedlings every spring, like clockwork. Last week I found a big hole where my marigolds were supposed to be. And they use soft dirt as a litter box, which is gross to clean up. That low bench is basically a cat welcome sign for all that mess.

Can we talk about hiking in slot canyons for stress relief?

Man, here's a thing I don't see mentioned much. The damage to the rock isn't just a separate issue. If those walls get worn down and changed, the canyons lose what makes them special and quiet. That means fewer future places for that same calm you're talking about. So letting the wear happen might actually kill the long-term stress relief for everyone. Your peace now could cost all our peace later.

Pro tip: Always test neutrals before closing a panel, learned from my error

Man, that's a brutal troubleshooting hunt! It's like that time my uncle's porch light would dim whenever his fridge cycled on. Took forever to trace it back to a junction box in the crawl space where two wires were just twisted together with ancient tape. He kept blaming the bulb quality. How are you supposed to guess that?

Why does nobody talk about management pushing unnecessary upsells?

Ugh, that's so true. Like with oil changes, they always push for extra flushes that aren't needed. Customers catch on fast and stop coming back. Higher-ups don't see that lost trust means lost money for years.
