Vent: My buddy swore by a harbor freight DA for a quick dent fix
He said it would save me a ton of time on a quarter panel job, but the pad fell apart after twenty minutes and left swirls everywhere. Anyone have a solid sander brand they trust for daily use?

Ugh, that's SO frustrating. I totally feel your pain on that, you put in the work and your tool just betrays you like that. Did the paint get all messed up or were you able to buff it out?

What kind of pad was it, the hook and loop kind? Those can fail fast if they get too hot.
