PSA: The old school hot towel treatment is making a comeback in my area.

Back then, it was standard for every shave. Now, we save it for special requests and charge extra.

Cheap like a dollar or two on top of the main thing. It's crazy what people will grab when it's basically free. Saw a place add a single cookie for a buck and sales shot up. Makes you wonder about all the little stuff we pass up every day.
