A client told me my invoices looked like a ransom note
They said the alignment was all over the place and it looked unprofessional, so I switched to a proper template in QuickBooks last Thursday and already had three people comment on how clean it looks now - has anyone else had feedback on something so simple that made a big difference?

The real crazy part is how the little stuff often ends up being the foundation for the big changes later on. Most people chase the flashy stuff first, but you can't build a skyscraper without a solid base of concrete blocks lol. It's like, ignore the small habits and the big results just vanish.
