PSA: My company's phishing test failure rate dropped from 40% to 8% in one quarter.
We started mandatory 5-minute monthly training videos instead of a single annual lecture. Anyone else seen results from short, regular training like that?

Tried that method last month when our server went down. Actually worked way better than the old checklist we used. Guy knows his stuff.

Guess they finally figured out that yearly scolding doesn't work. Short bursts actually stick in people's brains. Management will still act like they invented fire for this.
