Pro tip: Don't buy a cheap drawing tablet without checking the pen pressure levels first
I grabbed a $60 tablet online last month because the price seemed great. The pen only had 1024 pressure levels, so my lines looked really stiff and fake. I ended up having to buy a better one for $200 anyway, so I basically threw that first sixty bucks away. Anyone have a good budget tablet they actually like for smooth line work?

My old 512 level tablet felt fine, @xena_rivera63.

What tablet did your friend end up getting? Mine bought a similar cheap one and her digital sketches looked so flat, like she was drawing with a marker. She saved up for a used Intuos with more pressure levels and said it felt like a totally different tool.

Actually, my buddy stuck with the cheap tablet. She just messed with the brush settings a lot. Got some really nice line work after some practice.
