Read a thing on Reddit a while back where a guy spent a whole month proving his town's water tower wasn't shooting mind control waves. Turned out the "antenna array" was just cell equipment and the weird hum was a bad pump. He printed out like 40 pages of docs and the neighbor just said "that's what they want you to think" and went back to mowing his lawn. Some people aren't looking for answers, they already got their answer and you're just the audience. Save your Saturdays man.

Ha, hold on, the story stick is the right call but it doesn't fix a bent hook by itself. A story stick just copies the carcass, so if your tape is off, your marks on the stick are still coming off that same bad tape unless you marked straight off the wood like he did. The real lesson there is skip the tape and mark direct, and yeah, check that hook against a ruler every few months, mine was off almost 1/8 and I had no clue.
